Alumni relations – where do we begin?

Alumni represent a very important stakeholder group. Alumni are the end result of your product and can represent a valuable source of positive word of mouth, successful case studies and profiles, philanthropic opportunities, graduates outcomes and expert industry advice. If you are not currently investing resources into engaging with your alumni, you should be! This presentation will give an overview of how Bond University engages with its alumni and how you can get started on creating your own alumni relations program.
